When browsing and purchasing on snedkerstudio.dk you automatically accept the Terms and Conditions. It is recommended that you read the terms and conditions before placing an order.

TERMS OF PURCHASE 

All orders are processed through Stripe, a 100% secure online payment system. Stripe encrypts your payment information using the SSL protocol with an encryption key length of 128 bits – the highest level of security for e-commerce.

We accept the following debit and credit cards: VISA, MasterCard, American Express, JBC, Discover Card, Diners Club and we also accept Google Pay, Apple Pay. We don’t charge any fees for credit card payments. 

It's also possible to pay via banks transfer, in that case please write an email with your order to info@snedkerstudio.dk

PURCHASE

In order to purchase items at www.snedkerstudio.dk you must fill in your personal information and payment information. Once your order has been placed you will receive an auto-generated order confirmation via email. When your purchase has been accepted and the item is registered in our stock, you will receive a shipping confirmation.

SHIPPING TO YOUR BUSINESS OR HOME ADDRESS?

We will happily ship to your home address, but for the fastest delivery, we suggest that you use your business address as there is always someone present to receive your package. Please note: All Danish orders will be delivered to the nearest GLS parcel shop.

WORLDWIDE SHIPPING

All goods are sent from Denmark and can be shipped worldwide. Freight charges will appear from the order confirmation before you pay. All goods have a tracking number, so your order can be traced.

We carefully pack goods in protective boxes and tubes to secure that products will arrive in perfect condition. 

All orders are fulfilled and ready for either pick up or shipping within 1-4 days. In certain cases, like during holidays, it may take longer than 4 days to fulfill orders. 

CUSTOMS DUTY AND VAT

All prices on the website are listed in Euro. Limited Edition artworks and furniture include 25 % Danish VAT, and Original Artworks include 5% Danish Artist VAT.

Orders placed within the EU should not be subject to any additional taxes, but countries outside the European Union may charge customs fees when the package arrives at the destination. It is advised to check your local custom charges before purchasing. All orders will be shipped from Copenhagen, Denmark.

If your purchase is held in customs, then the carrier will contact you. Please note that this could involve some delay of the consignment, as the goods are retained by the customs. From this point it is your responsibility to contact the carrier and pay for the added additional costs. These additional costs are solely your responsibility and cannot be used as cause of return.

Snedker Studio cannot be held responsible for any delay at customs or extra charges applied.

PICKUP

If you have purchased furniture or works on paper, you can pick up your order at Pernille Snedkers workshop on most weekdays between 10.00 and 15.00. Please email info@snedkerstudio.dk if you wish to make an appointment to pick up at the studio.

EXCHANGE & RETURNS

Exchanges and returns can be done within 7 days after reception of the goods. The returned items must be in an unused and undamaged condition in their original packaging.

In case of returns and exchanges please contact us minimum 7 days before returning any items at info@snedkerstudio.dk. The return shipping cost is paid by the customer. When we have received the item and approved the return, we will credit your account you assigned in the e-mail sent to our customer service . 

If your order is damaged upon delivery, send an email to info@snedkerstudio.dk immediately or at the latest 4 days after receipt. Please attach a photo of the damaged item inside the original box, and we will do our best to help you, and when possible, replace your item or refund you the purchasing price.

RETURNS MUST HAVE A TRACKING NUMBER

A copy of the invoice must be enclosed together with the parcel. The items must be send as a parcel with a Track & Trace number as this guarantees that the items will arrive at their destination. It is not an option to return your order as a parcel without a tracking number.

Please remember to keep your tracking number as a documentation that the items have been sent. We may retain the refund until we have received the returned items or until we have received documentation that the items have been returned, whatever comes first.

COLORS

We cannot guarantee that the colours shown on the website exactly reflect the colours of the actual prints. The colours seen on our website will partly depend on the colour reproduction on your computer screen.

PRIVACY POLICY

When you visit snedkerstudio.dk, you do not have to provide any personal data.

Snedker Studio complies with the legislations in the field of protection of personal data. We are responsible and committed to protecting the personal information provided to us in connection with online shopping.

We collect your name, phone number, e-mail address and postal address when you shop with us online. This information is necessary to process and ship your order properly.

www.snedkerstudio.dk only records this information with a view to delivering the items you order and to offer you the best possible shopping experience. Your personal data is stored by Pernille Snedker Hansen. Please note: We do not store personal payment information such as card numbers etc., and none of the information we receive from you will be shared with any third parties.
Pernille Snedker Hansen is required to protect your privacy and your security as a user of www.snedkerstudio.dk. The information you provide when you place an order on our website is only used to provide a smooth and simple shopping experience. The data is treated in careful accordance with all current privacy regulations.
No data that identifies the individual shopper is passed on to any third parties. The only statistical data that is collected and shared with any third parties concerns customer traffic and commercial information. This information is shared with the sole purpose of improving your user experience at www.snedkerstudio.dk.

SECURITY

All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer). In other words only Stripe and Paypal have access to your data. It is not possible neither for us nor any other unauthorized entity to see or read data, which is exchanged in connection with the purchase.
